This truly is a "No Pressure" dealership. I worked with Jordan and told him I wanted to drive several cars I had seen on Autotrader. He pulled each and every car and I inspected and drove each one. I told him I wanted to talk the purchase over with my wife, thanked him and left. I returned the next day and purchased a great late model Ford Explorer. Jordan showed me the Car Fax and Experian report on the car and walked me through every option available on the car to ensure it was in working order prior to my purchase. After some paperwork I met with Marcus who walked me through the payment process. Marcus explained each document i signed and made the process seem simple. I also had a rental car to return and Jordan followed me to Norman and brought me back to the dealership. No pressure, no haggle, but great service. I highly recommend.

It went pretty easy, they had a price that was fair. Carl went well above what Ive experienced from car dealership and keep us informed and getting in and out of service. The only issue that rub me wrong is the overly inflated DOC fee of $699. I understand a fee but $700 per unit is gouging. JMO I did enjoy the low pressure and the up front straight talk from Carl. His curiosity would bring me back again to look for another vehicle.

Jordan was my salesman. I can't stress how simple and easy the process was coming in to get a vehicle. I was shown 3 vehicles. I test drove 2 and I purchased 1 of them. I test drove 1 day and came back the next morning to purchase. In and out within an hour. All together was about maybe 2-3 hours tops. Jordan will definitely take care of you and do you right.
