A Message from Family Hyundai Regarding the Coronavirus
Ladies and Gentlemen,
This is a challenging time for all of us, as our nation and the world continues to grapple with the current events. I remain amazed at the collective selfless responses by many of those serving on the front lines – from healthcare workers and first responders, to utility workers, grocers and our own Family Hyundai team members who continue to serve our customers. Everyone has a part to play in successfully contributing during this crisis. We must adapt to this new world we live in.
Our #1 priority is the safety and health of Ourselves, our Family, Friends and Customers. Exercising the proper safety measures will be paramount to move forward.
We will not waiver in protecting and servicing our customers.
The services we provide within our communities have been deemed essential under the shelter-in-place order. We at Family Hyundai commit to the safety and security of the many people who will be buying and servicing automobiles during this challenging time.
Employees who must meet with customers should be equipped with additional cleaning, sanitization and tools to help protect themselves and our customers. I am, at this time, requesting all employees to wear protective masks. It will be voluntary, but I strongly recommend that you do so.
We are taking extra steps to protect our team members.
If you are not familiar with what our policies are, please ask management. We are diligently trying to monitor the situation and make changes on a day by day basis to help us keep our customers safe.
We are in this for the long run
Right now, none of us knows how long this crisis will last. What we need to do now is to make sure we are being safe and protecting our team, our customers and the communities in which we live and work.
We will adapt, and we will survive. Let’s make sure we keep our heads up and do what we always have done; be one of the best dealerships in the country to work for and do business with.
