The service was on time and was finished when promised. I had recall service scheduled and the day before the front power seat in my Santa Fe Sport stopped working. I called service and they said to bring it in early and they would work on both problems. They found a short on a wire under the seat and they were able to just tape it, which solved the problem for the cost of the diagnosis fee. Very fair and economical fix. Anyway great job all around from service writer to the mechanic. My only issue was they charged a 3.5% fee for using my credit card which I don't have problem with except that I was not made aware of until I went to pay! Most people these days don't walk around with large amounts of cash or a check book unless they have reason to do so.Given that car repairs tend to be expensive they should tell you about this policy both when you schedule service and when you drop the car off so you can avoid this extra cost which could be significant by bringing cash or a check. This is any easy issue to fix for them and I will be watching to see if they do so the next time without me having to remember.
When ever I went in, I felt I was cared my Car was in Good Hands, Mr Colin and the crew treats you like a Family.
Made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Two and a half hours for an oil change?? After two hours I walked up to the person at the check in. She checked went to check on the car. Then she came back and someone came up and handed her a paper. She said it was for my car. So they hadn't even started on it after 2 hours!! Meanwhile, people who came in way after me already left so it's not because they were that backed up. They obviously just forgot about it. If you don't want to spend 2 and a half hours waiting for a simple oil change don't go here. It's not the first time I've waited a long time at this place either but this was the longest. They're terrible.

The wrong part was sent so I brought the car in but the work couldn't be done and I have to bring the car back another time.
