It wasn't with the dealership or Kelly. It was the actuator.in passenger door. Technician couldn't get part in . I was stuck there for 5 hours when I was told it would take 2. It appears to be fixed but don't seem the same, like it could break again.

It was good the person I work with was kind and courteous. It wasn't as long as she believed which was good.

Service was timely and everyone was friendly. .There were snacks provided in the waiting room which is appreciated.

My 2017 Tucson had a transmission problem for over two years. Back and forth ,back and forth to Family Hyundai. I called the corporate customer service,all she did was read back to me what was in the service department notes.(she was useless). Also the lady was very hard to understand what she was saying. My transmission became UNSAFE to drive. Watson Family Hyundai replaced my transmission.(what a relief). I just wanted to say that if it wasn't for Colin Simmons helping me through all of this problem I don't know what to do. HE IS FANTASIC! Also Nicholas was very helpful. Colin should receive a bonus and a raise! I would recommend Watson Family Hyundai to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle just because of the great service department. J. Weiss
