After speaking with several car dealerships, being completely transparent about my situation, and hearing what they could and couldn’t do, I was honestly starting to feel defeated. It seemed like nothing was working in my favor. Then I received a call from Mayweather at Family Hyundai in Tinley Park. I decided to go in, and from the moment I arrived, Mayweather greeted me with a warm welcome. He let me know that he was already assisting someone but assured me that he would have someone else take care of me. At first, I’m not going to lie—I thought, “Oh, this is about to be a waste of time.” 😂 But I was completely wrong! Mayweather connected me with Ricky Gushi, and Ricky was amazing from start to finish. He was so down-to-earth, genuine, and easy to talk to. His energy throughout the entire process made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much better. Even the GM came out, introduced himself, and took the time to speak with my family and me. The entire atmosphere at Family Hyundai was welcoming and comfortable—completely different from the experiences I’ve had at other dealerships. Most importantly, Ricky stood on EVERYTHING he told me he was going to do. No runaround, no false promises. He worked with my situation, and by the end of it all, my daughter and I WALKED OUT WITH A VEHICLE! 🙌🏾🚗❤️ I came in feeling doubtful and expecting another disappointment, but I left grateful, relieved, and extremely happy with the experience. Mike got me service quick and prompt. Only complaint was not related to him, but i waited outside the doors for someone to wave me in for over 25 minutes. People stared at me but nobody flagged me to drive in. There were no signs to say pull in. Last time I went they told me to wait inside until flagged in. I was the only car there so this was unacceptable but in no way regarded to Mike. Where his desk is situated, he had no way to know I was there. Everyone else sure did though so the fault is on them.

Kristi was kind, trustworthy, and very helpful. She made the whole process easy.
