I love my new Kona! I’ve been a Nissan person for decades- my rogue was totaled and the resale was 1/4 what I paid 3 years ago- Time to try out something else- Family Hyndai was great- from test drive to driving away in a new Kona The salesman and finance man were both helpful and professional - treated me with respect ( sometimes you don’t get that, being a woman ) I’ve had the vehicle for about a month and love it! Reasonably priced as well!

Buying a car can be stressful, but not at Family Hyundai. Working with Giovanni Saldana was a stress free and a total pleasure. His knowledge of the vehicle was top notch and he's always available for follow up questions and assistance. This is the third Hyundai we've purchased and never considered going anywhere else. Al P. (Sales Manager) works for the customer to ensure a fair deal. The personal service given was unmatched from anything I've EVER experienced.

I had a flat tire that needed to be fixed. I was so grateful Travis Lampp was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule to accommodate me at the last moment. A flat tire may not sound important to some but I am the caregiver to my 95 year old mother and need a functional car.

Great dealership. Kristi Feinberg was great to work with as a sales person. Not a typical pushy sales person I like that a lot. Scott, the finance guy is to the point and very easy to work with. Graham, the GM is it down to earth person, and will work with you anyway he can.

The service was on time and was finished when promised. I had recall service scheduled and the day before the front power seat in my Santa Fe Sport stopped working. I called service and they said to bring it in early and they would work on both problems. They found a short on a wire under the seat and they were able to just tape it, which solved the problem for the cost of the diagnosis fee. Very fair and economical fix.
