Came in to see Carlos to buy an Elantra N and had a an amazing experience. Greeted right away at the door and felt welcome by all Staff. Carlos was very transparent and worked on getting me the best deal he could. Smooth and fast process despite coming in during evening hours. Would definitely recommend Family Hyundai to anybody and Carlos is the guy!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday July 11th. I made an appointment online back in June. Somehow the appointment wasn’t showing. The service dept said there was nothing they could do and the next available appointment was three weeks away. Great derive department. I have a 2022 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid. SEL. I have 68000 miles on it. Also have Platinum Factory extended warranty. Recently I had a problem with the check engine light going on. Solid light. Brought it in to Castle Hyundai in Oak Lawn Illinois. They inspected it and informed me it was a bad ERG valve. This is an engine recirculation valve that is part of emissions system. This I was told is very labor intensive to fix . 10 hours estimated at 220 dollars an hour.
